Our development process has 5 steps for success. The NBOGroup 360º enables each assessed participant to logically progress through analysis, awareness, acceptance, prioritization, and development action planning.
With awareness comes “I have a need” to develop a competency. Accepting that need is the next step.. With acceptance comes competency identification. If you “care”, you start to plan because you're motivated. A motivated person then takes the steps to identify how to improve that competency. Lastly, when planned and motivated, the action plan for individual development gets executed. With the development plan, the assessed and others can support and measure the competency development process and results.
The NBOGroup 360º provides an end-to-end solution. Key competencies are highlighted for development and mapped to the NBOGroup 360º "Leadership Competency Development " book. For every competency requiring action, a hyperlink is provided to the relevant section in our “What Bosses Want” leadership competency guide.
The linking of “What Bosses Want” to the NBOGroup 360º feedback process allows participants to create an effective Individual Development Plan that guides and tracks their improvement.
