  • We use a frequency gap analysis assessment method to score the responses. Development needs are then identified and prioritized using this Gap Analysis. Our measurement approach identifies the difference between “what you see” as the individual’s current performance, and “what you expect” – the individual’s ideal performance to be.
  • The main purpose of the NBOGroup feedback is to assist each individual in understanding his/her strengths and weaknesses, and gain insight into areas needing development.
